Click on the My Account button from the main page and login with your current barcode and PIN.  Once you are at the My Account screen all you need to do is click Modify PIN.  The system will ask for your old PIN and for a new PIN which you will need to enter twice.  Once you have done this, click the Submit button, and your PIN has will be changed.

All you need to do is talk to a librarian. They will be able to clear your old PIN and issue you a new one.  Then all you need to do is go through the process of changing your PIN to something you can remember. See the "How do I Change my PIN".
