Help How do I change my PIN?
Click on the My Account
button from the main page and login with your current barcode and PIN.
Once you are at the My Account screen all you need to do is
click Modify PIN. The system will ask for your old PIN and
for a new PIN which you will need to enter twice. Once you
have done this, click the Submit button, and your PIN has will be
changed.
How do I reset a
forgotten PIN?
All you need to do is talk
to a librarian. They will be able to clear your old PIN and issue you a
new one. Then all you need to do is go through the process of
changing your PIN to something you can remember. See the "How do I
Change my PIN".
What do these statuses
mean?
Available
- This item is on the shelf at its home library.
15 of 40 Holds - This means that of 40 Holds you are currently number 15. In Transit - This means the item is on its way from one location to another. Withdraw - This means the item has been removed from the collection. Due 07/12/06 - This item is due to be returned on 7/12/06. Recently Returned - The item has been returned and will be available on the shelf within 24 hours. How do I Search?
